Code of Conduct / Terms & Conditions
The management of
Drifters Inn request that all guests and their visitors conduct
themselves in an appropriate manner while in our
premises.
Outlined below is
the Code of Conduct for all guests and visitors which details
behaviour the management of Drifters Inn considers
unacceptable.
(Note: The
building refers to any area of Drifters Inn
property)
Willful damage to
property belonging to Drifters Inn, other guests, employees of
Drifters Inn or other guests staying at Drifters Inn.
Disorderly conduct
of any kind, including fighting or attempted bodily injury to
another person within the confines of the building.
Use of profane,
abusive language to guests, residents, employees of Drifters Inn or
members of the public within the confines of the
building.
Threatening,
intimidation or interfering with guests, residents, employees of
Drifters Inn or members of the public within the confines of the
building.
Possession or use of
any controlled, illegal drug, or prohibited drug within the
confines of the building.
Excessive noises
that cause disturbance to other guests or residents of Drifters
Inn.
The management of
Drifters Inn reserves the right to request the immediate payment
and departure from its establishment of any guest who breaches any
part of the Code of Conduct.
The management of
Drifters Inn advises that the above is not a complete list of all
acts which may be considered as justifiable reason to request the
immediate payment and departure from its establishment of any guest
or visitor. It is an indication only, and there may well be other
acts of inappropriate behaviour, which will result in the guest or
visitor being requested to pay and depart immediately.
